1. Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare, hair products) if the packaging has been opened
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@wajibloomluxury.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@wajibloomluxury.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
2. Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refund Approval:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at returns@wajibloomluxury.co.uk for further instructions.
4. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
5. Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
